Automated pad printing line made of 2 pad printing machines, exposure unit and dryer, are from GTO, the leading brand in pad printing technology.  Combined together, the pad printing line allows a capacity of nearly 2200pcs/hour.

Starting with the first step of the process, we are proud to have the most professional exposure unit in the Albanian market.  Produced by ASSOPRINT, model TRT-NC, with 5000/7000W power lamp, we can develop screens up to 160x160cm.

Automated t-shirt printing machine of the American brand ANATOL STRATUS, allows printing of 5colors with the speed of 600pcs/hour.

Flat screen printing is performed with the automated ARGON machine, with max screen printing size 140x100cm.

Drying process is made with dryer produced by TEK-IND, Ghibly model, 12m long and 2.2m wide.  This dryer guarantees maximum quality and ink resistance.

Transfer print and other

Transfer print is made by pneumatic press TRANSMATIC, with capacity 300pcs/hour, while for cap printing the American brand press MAXX is used with the capacity of 400pcs/hour.

Industrial printer OKI C5950 and ROLAND cutter are also part of transfer printing, the use of which is applied as an alternative of screen printing for small quantities.
